WealthPath is Ascension’s flagship 12-month, cohort-based homeownership readiness program serving Charlotte’s missing middle and essential workers. It combines financial education, one-on-one credit counseling, and mortgage preparation to create priority eligibility for Ascension homes. Through strong community partnerships, WealthPath expands access, strengthens credit, builds savings, and drives long-term economic mobility.
